Kristen’s passion for building diverse leadership teams led to the development of the Executive Women’s Summit (www.executivewomenssummit.com) in 2007. Kristen serves as President & BOD Chair for the EWS, with a focus on connecting and developing female leaders. The EWS hosts exclusive quarterly gatherings for cross-functional executives, as well as a leadership development and emotional intelligence program designed exclusively for women that are committed to “leveling up” as leaders and human beings.
Through her HR expertise, consulting background, and business operational leadership skills, Anne understands business needs and brings creative, thoughtful, and relevant solutions to clients with a focus on building high involvement cultures. Anne leads the client services and consultant teams for hrQ’s Midwest & Mountain Region.
